Living in Southbury with my husband and two children ages 20 & 19.  We're semi- 'empty nesters' while their in college !?!  Work at local University as an IT buyer.  Still see regularly Sharon Turk, Chris Borsi, Chris Dailey and Jodi Blatt.  Reunion was fun -- thank you committee!  My vote for the next one is outside/informal.

Sorry I couldn't make the reunion.  I love the idea of something informal over the summer.

To everyone who made it to the reunion Saturday night, speaking for the committee, we hope you had a great time.
We didn't make any announcements, so I want to take this time to thank the committee. First and foremost, thanks to Ron Kovis. We weren't going to have the reunion because the regular organizers were too busy this year, but a few people kicked us in the butt, told us they would help and actually came through...Ron did that in a big way...just look at this fabulous website. He put in countless hours, including designing and printing the postcard, preparing a million lists of people (coming, not coming, missing contact data...revision number 87 and counting), nametags, and I believe he even put the recent photos from the event in here...hence no photos of himself. (he looks just like his high school name tag photo with gray hair...I didn't know him in high school.)
Speaking of photos....we are missing 5 throwaway cameras...I am sure someone couldn't live without one of the shots they took and that's fine, but when you develop them can you please email us the photos or enter them here?  Thanks to Linda Giesken and Joe (her email receiver....just kidding Joe...sort of) for all of their hard work with keeping track of the returns and Marcie Zeisler, Sharon Pettit , Anita Stepanowski and Ed Chervansky for catching all of our screwups in time to do something about them, rarely missed a meeting and gave us the help and inspiration to get it done, Diane Somesla, Sharon Turk, Joanne Forscht, Lew Blaustein, Kathy Antrim, Beth Coffino and Steve Ward for moral support and/or help setting up and to Rob Fried for his assistance in organizing the music (hope you are feeling better...Ed Chervansky thanks for helping out when Rob got sick).
To all of those people who emailed and wanted to come but couldn't make it, we missed you.  It was an awesome night. We will be picking a date for the next one soon!! Stay tuned.  By the way, thanks to the Peppermill, the food was great and the service was outstanding. (They were also very patient with us. )

Sherri
PS- Please save this website address and keep your contact data up to date !!!

Greetings from big sky country and the state of  Wyoming! I've been living out here for three years working for a major mining company operating some of the biggest earthmoving equipment known to mankind.
Before that I lived in Florida for thirteen years where I met my wife while she was teaching an a areobics class at the health club. We lived all over the state,(Orlando, Stuart, Key West, Ft. Myers) where we worked numerous construction projects as a heavy equipment operator/ truck drivers. We took three years off, rented out the house and went over the road as a husband/wife team hauling Food Grade Tankers to 48 states,Canada & Mexaco.
In 2004, out of pure boredom, I went to Iraq to drive in fuel tanker convoys hauling JP-8 jet fuel from Kuwait to Baghdad and bases beyond for Halliburton. In early spring 2008, we will be moving to the western slopes of Colorado where I'll be building haul roads and drill pads in the mountains for a major oil company.
Sorry to have missed the party. Maybe nextime. See Ya!!!

Hi All-
After college I moved to WI, where I lived for 9 years.  1990 moved back to MA, where I currently live.  I've worked in the insurance industry for 25 years.  Currently working for a major insurance company, in CT, in a Unit Lead position.  Never married, but I've had a great time trying...never a dull moment.  My nieces are my kids (my brother, also a graduate of Warde, is married with 3 girls).  And, my cats are my kids.  I have 2.  Great family, great friends.  Won't be able to attend the reunion, but I hope all is well with people and that everyone has a good time.  I actually ate at the restaurant where the reunion is being held, back on 2/15, when my entire family got together for my Dad's birthday...good food.
Take Care...Beth
